damaged. Most of all, I was very impressed with the work of the team. They did such a fantastic job matching the color perfectly, taking
pains to do a perfect job. The paint job was done with no mess. I didn't even have any clean up or didn't have to watch them because
they were doing such a wonderful job. I feel they should be told how impressed I was with their workmanship. A good job should
always be recognized and praised.

I compliment you on the professional manner in which this claim was settled. This is partly due to your job Foreman. He was
business-like in his work. The room was left in neat and clean condition. He was courteous and considerate.

I thought you should be aware of some of the feedback I have received. This comes from my Vice President, some of the deans involved,
from project supervisors assigned and from end users. At every level, the feedback is very consistent:
Jay is very helpful. He keeps us informed and responds to calls promptly. Bill is very courteous. He listens carefully, his crew keeps things
cleaned up and they work well around building users and visitors (no foul language, etc.).
From my standpoint, the projects were managed to get good value and the time was managed well -- jumping from project to project
to make the best use of time, personnel was used well especially with their willingness to work at any trade, work is done safely, and
questions were always answered truthfully (in our business, we are often given a line by the contractor instead of being told there is a
delay or a problem). Whenever there were problems, they were always resolved in a positive way. Many thanks.

I would like to say that I am very pleased with the end result. It is just the way I pictured it, even though my drawing wasn't much to
work from. Your staff was all very easy to work with and very helpful to me. You can certainly put me on your list of satisfied customers.

I would like to commend Jay Massa for his fine work and help recently when I needed repairs done to my cottage on the Kankakee River.
The heavy winds which accompanied the storms at the end of June blew over an oak tree and smashed a hole in the roof. Jay moved
quickly and efficiently in examining the damage, ordering the materials, and hiring the workers. The two men who repaired the damage
also deserve praise for their workmanship.
I will certainly recommend your company to any friends who may need similar services in the future.
